Striking sturdy piece of furniture Anonymous reviewerUsing this in my home office after replacing Kallax unit. Fits perfectly and great colour. It would have been better if the drawers were shelving but I’ve still be able to store shoes in the drawer and coats on the rail. Slid top which can also be used for additional storage. Reasonably straight forward to build. I managed it with help from my 70 year old mum. Even better that it was a reduced price with ikea family. Shame the matching bookcase unit that I bought wasn’t also in ikea family offer 5

I wishAnonymous reviewerI really wish you could swap the unit with doors from shelves to rail. I've ordered the rail and hooks from ikea spares and the unit with cupboard doors. Would be better to be able to select the item in two halves. Ours is in the hallway and we wanted the cupboard base for shoes and clothes rail top for coats 4
