Designed to be used both on its own throughout the home and is also a perfect fit with other furniture in the HAUGA series, either to coordinate the style or create bigger storage solutions.
Of course your home should be a safe place for the entire family. That’s why a safety fitting is included so that you can attach the storage unit to the wall.
The frame is easy to assemble thanks to the construction with a wedge dowel that easily clicks into the pre-drilled holes.
Glass doors keep your favourite items free from dust but still visible.

Disassembly instructions are provided in the booklet, so last week I bought another cabinet knowing that I could disassemble this one to move it out the way. Unfortunately the disassembly instructions are written in such a way that they don't work, and I had to break a piece of the cabinet to actually disassemble it. Step 1 shows how to unlock the sliding doors so that they can be lifted out, however the outer door's second lock cannot be accessed unless you cross it over the inner door - which you cannot do, because there is a bump stop on the outer door that stops it from crossing over the inner door (see p32). The bump stop is fitted into the door with expanding plugs, so getting it out of the door involved prying it out, which burst one of the holes the stopper fits into. To IKEA: please review p34 where the instructions incorrectly assume both door locks can be accessed, thanks.

Everyone who has been in my flat has commented on how lovely it looks. It was quite straightforward to build as well. It's a lovely colour and has lots of room to keep things organised. I was able to fit all my DVDs on one side by putting DVDs in front of the other DVDs. The fittings are so much better than other places I bought furniture from. It's really sturdy.

It's so solid, really good quality, and looks great, i got a bit confused on the door rollers, but got it worked out. it's definitely worth the price.

What is particleboard?
