Super comfortableAnonymous reviewerThis is a great office chair. The seat and back are both adjustable and super comfortable. I'm finally sitting upright and not getting any back/hip pain! The only snag is that the arms are a bit hard and after a whole day my elbows hurt a little. However, it's a minor issue that could be fixed with better cushioning.

Best purchase this yearAnonymous reviewerThis office chair is perfect for me. It easily raises with the leaver. You can also recline the back. The arm rests slide forward so you can set them for your comfort level. The wheels lock so the chair doesn’t slide off on its own. Currently, I’m using it on carpet so my only criticism is that it’s slightly difficult to move when not sat on it but will be better when I’m on a hard floor. It was easy to assemble. It is good quality, very sturdy
A great chairAnonymous reviewerI really love this chair, which I bought to use with an Ikea desk. Adjusting height of seat and arms, plus being able to slide arms forward is excellent - as is ability to alter position of the back. It seemed quite expensive but is well worth it
Do not buy - Defective designAnonymous reviewerDO NOT BUY!! Over time the seat has gradually detached itself from the piston. The seat just flops around loose now with no way to tighten it back up. You can't even access where the screws might be as there is a large plastic panel in the way.

Unlike the reviewsAnonymous reviewerAt best this is an occasional use chair. I have had the chair only a few weeks and it is wobbling and creaking like mad. It’s well made and looks the part but it reminds me of a cheap chair I bought from ikea pre covid that I used to work from home. It isn’t worth the money and I would not recommend the item. If it gets worse it will go back. It does not feel the strong durable chair it should be and I haven’t had it long.

Piston was dysfunctional which meant the seat height was not adjustable; exchanged for a new chair and exactly the same issue. Not making the same mistake a third time. However, both times support staff were very helpful arranging exchange/refund.
Good back support, comfy chairAnonymous reviewerIt's a neat comfy chair that has all the adjustments needed to get it comfy yet providing good back support, and it encourages me to use a good sitting posture. My only gripe is common to other chair, when there is no weight on it the casters 'lock up' meaning you sort of have to drag it across the floor rather than rolling it. But it's a safety feature so I just live with it.
