Malm but cheaper and beigeAnonymous reviewerI would say this bed frame is on par with not only the build structure but the materials of the malm bed. Please beware that the includes slats are VERY creaky and you will need to either line the ends of them with felt - or put some rubber adhesive dots on their undersides. The instructions are quite confusing - specifically the bracing bar part of the instructions. And Ikea should really make the included feet for the beds rubber to stop this bed sliding on hard wood since this has been a big issue for us and its too late to remove and replace the feet easily. Some of the screws also came damaged and were a struggled to secure tightly (again the bracing screws) However after all these adjustments its a very solid bed and came very well flat packed and we are happy with the purchase. 3
