Today I took a picture of the culprit, an intentional notching or defect on the backrest which breaks due to the created defect, resulting in an unbalanced weight transfer and eventual failing and making people buy and buy again. Such a sinister approach to business. I would have liked to post the picture of it and make this public

Ikea contacted me to say they would like resolve the issue if I provide them with all the info they asked my name address order no tele no. pics of the defect items bar code which I sent since last week they have stopped responding to me and my review has not been published so this my second review I would like to see if this against there policies for not publishing a honest review and trying to ignore me on purpose I'm not happy at all last first and last time I use Ikea my reviews are in 3 parts as you can’t write a full review with more than certein amount of characters and letters

Bad Service And Product Anonymous reviewerFirst time using ikea placing a order online did not get email with instructions how to collect scanned bar code number came up on screen so presumed they will call it out waited at the collection point ifor 20 mins inside and then asked at counter they said you must take your car to the car park at collection being disabled this was not easy luckily a young girl at the outside collection point was very helpful got home after closely looking at chairs they had marks and scratches on them like they been tossed about so we’re in a bad state no packaging on them to protect them going back to return is too much of a hastle being disabled probably stay away from ikea
