Shame no setAnonymous reviewerSuch a shame there was no set, we broke 4 plates when a family had a stroke whilst placing them back in the cupboard. Had to buy 4 individual ones. They do exactly what they're supposed to. Plain white and goes with our original set. But would have predfered to buy a whole set again and they no linger do the mugs we brought with the set either

Not of usual IKEA quality - AvoidAnonymous reviewerI have shopped at IKEA for over 30 years. Over this time we have bought and used many dinnerware sets. This set marks terribly from normal usage. Set is covered in grey marks from cutlery. I know this is a low price set, but that is of no use if it is not fit for purpose. IKEA has always offered good quality at low prices, this item does not meet their normal standards!

Great value basic plate Anonymous reviewerI bought these plates because as a family we are constantly chipping or breaking our crockery. This plate is great value and chunkier than I normally buy so will hopefully be less likely to chip.
It pains me to say I’m really disappointed with this set. Anonymous reviewerI love Ikea, love everything they stand for, loved and owned furniture/items for 20 years plus but I’ve been really disappointed with this set. I was bought 8 place settings plus serving bowls, as a christmas present but refused to use it till our new kitchen was done. Hence I know the set of 8 has been in normal daily use, by a family of 3, for less than 14 months and it is appallingly marked with grey lines where cutlery has, not scratched, but marked the surface. I wish I could upload the pictures here to show how it looks.
Originally, it was a great looking set. It’s a great price. It’s a simple design that’s sturdy without being heavy.
My last set, also plain white, was bought as seconds and I’d had it for over 15 years! but, sadly, this just hasn’t stood up to the light usage of three people, to the point I’m going to have to replace it in less than 2 years.
