poor quality, poor customer support, DONT buy only lasted 5 monthsAnonymous reviewerI purchased 4 sets for my new kitchen 27 July 2024 and didn't start using them till my kitchen was complete which was December 2024, i was really happy with them until scratch marks appeared on them 27 August 2025, it looked like there were hairs on the plates, looked disgusting, t looks like the glaze was bad, it was on all the plates, dinner plates, soup plates, side plates. i contacted ikea mid August but because I was over the guarantee by 24 days, they refused to refund me even although I explained I didn't start using them till end of December. I also asked for a copy of the chat and was promised I would receive it by email which I haven't.
I have now had to buy another 4 sets, and bin the 4 sets I bought from ikea, which I am now out of pocket. they did not consider the fact that I didnt use them for 5 months. its ridiculous these do not last longer than 7 months. DONT BUY, POOR QUALITY, BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT THERE is nowhere on their site to upload PICTURES. e all OPTIONS ZERO

Crockery setAnonymous reviewerWas looking for nice white crockery suitable for large gatherings in our venue and this set hits the mark perfectly. Not too fragile, but not bulky...looks good and meets all our requirements. We ordered a lot of boxes and although a couple of plates were damaged we were impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of customer service and the speed that replacements were provided.

Good valueAnonymous reviewerEverything a bit smaller than our old set but actually I like that. Only let down was a fault in the glaze on one of the bowls and it's too far to drive just to sort that out which means I'm a bowl down. If it all had been perfect it would have been 'great value'. Don't understand how quality control missed it!
