Chipped platesAnonymous reviewerOn delivery 2 of the plates were badly chipped. I travelled to Brighton store to get them replaced. This process took half an hour due to complexity of the process at the customer service computer terminal.

I think the standard if glazing needs to be addressed to prevent future issues and perhaps the thickness of the edge/rim should be redesigned to be slightly thicker and not as delicate then maybe they'll last longer.
