Your mileage may varyAnonymous reviewerDespite the bad reviews I decided to buy it and it's certainly more capable in my experience. The microwave function is great, air frying works well but you'll need to adjust the settings to make the most of it.
You'll need to run the Air Fry function 20-30 degrees hotter than you normally would with a traditional air fryer if you want the same crispiness, but I much prefer to run it using the package instructions for most of the time and boost it at the end.
Food isn't as "crispy" with this air fryer in general but it also doesn't dry food out which is how air fryers make things crispy. Plus it's vastly easier to clean and maintain than my previous Instant drawer-style air fryer so I find there's more benefits than drawbacks. If some of these sound like drawbacks you should avoid this, but for me this is surprisingly ideal.

Instructions area a bit vague, but with trial-and-error things start to work out. Rear power cord should have better protection or moved to a different area because its situated right above the exhaust fan. We had to tape it up out of the way. Overall, a very nice and space saving unit

So disappointingAnonymous reviewerWe got this after reading an article and as we have just moved into a retirement flat with a small kitchen we thought this would be perfect to have a combined microwave and air fryer plus bonus convection and grill. It just doesn’t do anything well other than microwave, it is so frustrating. It’s not intuitive and I have followed the instructions exactly so many times, to no avail. I usually end up finishing items off in my separate air fryer. And it is massive and very heavy. I love and believe in IKEA products and this has left us very disappointed.
No worth the hypeAnonymous reviewerI was really hopeful that all these functions would work. The grill is a half grill in the back and the plate spins so al it does is dry out the food. The microwave works fine, but the air fryer doesn't cook properly either. It's much bigger than I expected and super heavy. I would love to return this item but I can not lift it. I had to get a taxi from pick up point and it was too heavy and bulky for one person to lift. Very disappointed with this. Buy a regular microwave, the other functions are useless.
Waste of moneyAnonymous reviewerI bought this as it seemed an ideal solution for a tiny kitchen. The microwave is fine but the air fryer is completely useless. I spent several hours trying to do vegetable crisps that's were supposed to take 15 minutes. Then I gave up and turned my oven on.
