    Fills with ice, door sliders are fragile, customer service is poorAnonymous reviewerAs the other reviews also mentioned the fridge does fill up with ice at the back. Also the holders of the fridge onto the door fragile and can break. Good luck getting IKEA customer service to do anything about it. I was just deliberately put on hold by someone who didn't want to deal with it.2
    Trouble from the get-goAnonymous reviewerLike other reviews here, I had/am still having problems with this unit. Since our kitchen install was finished end of March, this appliance has not operated correctly - there's either pools of water on the shelving, or we adjust the temp to make it cooler, and then it freezes. Took some eggs out of the fridge last week and they were frozen!! Vegetables going mouldy due to excessive moisture and anything that has a paper/card wrapping - forget it. Anyway, the 'kitchen resolution team' are speaking with me now to try and resolve this issue.1

Pulled the fridge out and there’s a tub of water at the bottom at the back that was completely full and over flowing. I have no idea where all this water has come from but the fridge has been awful from the day we installed it. Always a coating of ice on the back of the fridge and anything that touches the back of the fridge freezers. It’s really shallow so things like cucumbers we have to put in side ways otherwise they touch the back and freeze. 1

They then defrost and the packaging of items in my fridge get wet and soggy. For the price tag, this is extremely disappointing. I also feel for a full size larder fridge, it is extremely shallow that my can dispenser is too deep to fit on the shelf. I wish I had done my research before purchasing.1
