This freestanding mini chest made of sturdy paperboard is perfect for organising papers and notebooks - in your home office, living room or hallway.
This mini chest fits perfectly in BILLY bookcase and on other shelves with a depth of at least 25 cm.
You can stack 2 mini chests on top of each other if you want to make the most of the space in your bookcase or on your desk.
The drawers are easy to pull out thanks to the cut-out handle in the front, and the small holes at the back that prevents a vacuum from forming.

Drawers are slightly awkward to open (they are made from cardboard) but I knew this when I bought them. I only use them very occasionally so it's not a problem. I would not buy them to use every day but they are great for storing small stuff.

FlimsyAnonymous reviewerThe material (basically thick cardboard) is not strong enough for anything other than a handful of papers. Also because of the lack of weight, it’s hard to open and shut each drawer without the whole thing moving - requires two hands. I had a wooden version from IKEA years ago which was great and had mistakenly assumed this was the same.
Form over functionAnonymous reviewerThese small units look very nice and were intended to replace my black letter trays. Unfortunately, the drawers don’t run smoothly (or at all sometimes) which means a two-handed job to open and close them. I regret this purchase.
