A slightly curved handle means that the spatula rests well on the edge of the frying pan and makes it easier to reach in the bottom and edges.
The holes in the spatula stop a vacuum from building, so it can slide under the food in the frying pan without getting stuck.
Thanks to the length of the handle, you can grip it in different ways.
The spatula has a hole in the handle so you can hang it on a hook in the kitchen.
