Nice cover.Anonymous reviewerI have had an Ektorp corner and 3 seater for 20 years at least, on our third one as they dont last ten years at all. We need to keep getting the corner as have bought 13 sets of covers now. They arent cheap so wont change my sofa now as love n=being able to change the whole look of the room just by changing the covers and cushions etc. Could be less expensive for what it is.
It's Very Pretty, However can't Hide from Dirt... Solution "Scotch Guard"Anonymous reviewerPurchased for my parent's home to replace the previous cover (deep forest green). This cover breathed new life into this sofa. However, Their grandkids and visitors are the problem as the colour is prone to showing stains or dirty hands. It became a task for them to keep clean despite nobody eating or drinking whilst sitting on it.
To help my parents out, I purchased two spray cans of Scotch Guard and applied the treatment to every inch of the covers. Overall, it seems to have done the trick of becoming stain-resistant and providing my folks peace of mind to continue to enjoy their gorgeous cream-coloured sofa. However, I think some sort of improved stain-resistant fabric or coating should be used and supplied by Ikea.
