Poor Quality Anonymous reviewerInitially, I was impressed with the sofa's design and assembly. However, I've encountered several issues that take away from its overall quality. 1- Fabric durability: The upholstery shows significant signs of pilling and fraying, with threads pulling out noticeably within two months of purchase. Additionally, the fabric stains easily, which is frustrating to clean. 2. Comfort and support: The sofa's suspension system appears to be faulty, causing the seat to sag or dip when sat upon. The cushions have also lost their shape and support, resulting in a lack of comfort and visible flattening. 3. Maintenance: The cushions require frequent fluffing to maintain their appearance, which is inconvenient.2
