Terrible terrible terribleAnonymous reviewerBought these shelves and terribly annoyed, no fittings included and its been 2 months of chasing them for spare parts that are never in stock. Received a package of supposed spare parts but still missing half of them. Opened a case through the chat and was told to wait another 5 days and turns out the case isn't even registered to my profile! Horrible experience

Missing piecesAnonymous reviewerThe shelves themselves are beautiful but it came without any of the scews or fixings ! which meant another round trip to get these. it comes in a box for the actual shelves and then the metal parts are fully exposed other than tiny pieces of card holding them together which is why i suspect the fixings and screws went missing.
Looks great but so unstable and poorly designedAnonymous reviewerWhen you finally get it up (after having to basically pry and bend the metal frame to fit in the the final top plank) it looks great - but then you walk past it and it wobbles with just the power of the breeze. You WILL have to drill this into your wall to secure it. When that’s done it’s great but feels like a definite design flaw in this new design (this was bought AFTER the recall and is the updated version).
Beautiful design but terrible manufacturingAnonymous reviewerThis is the perfect example how a beautifil design piece can be destroy if manufacturing isnt good. I dont understand why the upright supports arent even straight. Its so difficult to align as well... Why dont you produce this wonderful piece better?
one of the feet screws came defected, but ikea after 4 weeks of waiting to sent me a new one to replace the the faulty hardware. I tried to swop the uprights, but the new one also had the uprights slightly bend. Why... its a sin not to build this open shelves unit better.
Fabulous design piece Anonymous reviewerThis is a great piece. It looks gorgeous. However the building up particularly the first piece is not obvious so one has to be attentive to the details ( the lower crossing section, to adjust the front feet so that they’re higher..,Beware that this is not a heavy robust piece and yet I am using it for books. Plus shelves can be changed to white and also to black.Plus if you get bored of the colors it can be white or transform it to have a black surface: brilliant!
Design classic Anonymous reviewerThis is a gorgeous piece of stylish furniture at a ridiculously good price. Easy to put together and seems sold and stable. The option of 4 different colour ways to display the shelves is genius.
