Did not arrive with the items they were ordered with - cost £5: refunded £0Anonymous reviewerI ordered these handles for an ikea cabinet and other bathroom items I had to get finished before a lodger arrived the day after they were due to be delivered. These items could not be collected for some unkown reason. The cabinets arrived - no handles. I had to solve the issue that day and did so. I told the driver that the items were useless to me now, please cancel. A week later somebody tried to deliver these now unwanted handles, I refused them. Ikea now claim to have refunded me £0 for £5 handles go figure!1

Pick up is now chargeable at £25 flat fee for anything you buy and as this product exceeds the 60 x 50 x 50cm max size to take to a collection point you will have no other option. Thank you IKEA!1
