Yes the instructions are long but if tou follow them correctly everything works out in the end.
This is almost like its not flat packed furniture due to quality of it.
Very very heavy though which I am not going to complain about as this will last a life time instead of the small thin flimsy wardrobes5
Faulty - holes missing and broken panelsAnonymous reviewerAbsolutely awful experience with this wardrobe and the matching chest of drawers. They ‘look nice’, but are terrible quality. Both arrived faulty, and I’m unable to get replacement side panels for the wardrobe, so I have a half built wardrobe laying on the floor of my room. Customer service has been awful trying to rectify this and still unable to get a replacement wardrobe or replacement side panels. Been told someone will call me and they never do. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and still no resolution. Have spent hours in store and on the phone trying to sort. 1
The door is not working Anonymous reviewerI am very disappointed with my experience. The sliding door arrived broken in half, even though the rest of the unit was fine.
I asked if they could simply send me a replacement sliding door, but instead they insisted that the entire unit had to be replaced. It took me hours to build and assemble everything, so being told to dismantle it all and start again because of one damaged part is extremely frustrating.
A replacement door would have been a much more reasonable and customer-friendly solution. This experience has been very disappointing, and I expected much better after receiving a damaged product.1

Very challenging to assemble, have assembled alot of IKEA over the years, but this was the most difficult piece of furniture to assemble yet. Also, very heavy to move, even before the doors and shelves have been attached.3
