        Not as good as the other Alex units I boughtAnonymous reviewerIt's a nice enough unit but the bottom drawer has a slight delay/rise before it starts opening & being on a wooden floor, it moves the whole unit rather than just opening the drawer. The drawer is also not really a suitable size for any kind of suspension files as I'd hoped & doesn't open fully to easily access the back of it, or provide a maximum width opening for larger items, so overall, not as good as the other Alex units I purchased.3
        Castors stop the drawers from functioningAnonymous reviewerPutting this unit on castors makes no sense! When I try to pull open a drawer, I just pull the whole unit across the floor without the drawer actually opening. Probably due to poor quality fit and finish on the runners inside the drawers - the friction there is so high that the unit moves instead of just the drawer. No idea where this design came from. Otherwise, the finish is basic but fine - feels quite plastic-y but no major concerns.1

        Poor product descriptionAnonymous reviewerNice set of drawers, but its description clearly states it's on castors. There is only one castor provided with this product. When I contacted Ikea I was told the castors were extras that I needed to buy separately. I don't mind this, but it's frustrating and clearly not what the description says!2
