Unable to use without buying extrasAnonymous reviewerExtremely disappointed in ikea. Always got furniture with them as you can trust that everything you need to USE the product is normally included and then you can buy add ons as you need. This is not the case with this product. It comes with 1 castor for the bottom drawer but to be able to use the bottom drawer you need 4 castors to lift it off the ground. Without this there is no leverage to be able to pull the drawer out. I rang customer services who pointed out it was in the ‘good to know’ bit of the text. My mind boggles that they don’t sell it with a critical part of the cabinet to be able to use it as a cabinet. I paid £10 for delivery as I live 2hrs away from the nearest ikea but according to customer service there was nothing they could do. So I have a piece of furniture that cannot be used. Poor Ikea, very poor! Feel very let down!1
