Looks nice but very noisyAnonymous reviewerThis sofa looks great, but we have found since we got it home that it’s very noisy, with the “springs” creaking every time we get up/sit down/move on the sofa.1
Not comfortable, looks cheap once at homeAnonymous reviewerThis sofa comes very highly recommended, mostly for its resemblance to a certain very expensive designer sofa, and it does look great in the showroom. Once home, however, you start to notice that it's just not that nice. The grey is very drab, people have said it looks like something out of a doctor's waiting room. I guess the mid century modern look doesn't help there. But it's also just not comfy. The fabric is hard to the touch, the rear cushions have no give to them, and the sofa seems to be trying to tip you off the whole time. Maybe if it was deeper, or the rear cushions softer it would work better? Anyway, I really don't like mine, at all, and miss my old sofa which looked better in situ and was 100x more comfortable, even old and broken. I think I'll sell this and probably won't buy another Ikea sofa. Very dissapointing.2
Sofa....so goodAnonymous reviewerThe right dimensions, a good price. Assembly really needs 2 people as per the instructions but I managed on my own. 5
Not comfort at allAnonymous reviewerFabric is so hard when you touch it, it is not comfortable from the fabric point of view...
I bought with the L shape one, it wasn't looking like what I expected. It filled the room and also the color wasn't attractive. Most important one, it is definitely not comfortable, I think because of the fabric.. The fabric is soo hard when you touch. I don't want to sit and spend long hours on it.2
DisappointedAnonymous reviewerIts a pretty slick sofa, relatively simple to assemble and look stylish. We've only had this for about 6 months however and now it makes a squeaking sound everytime you sit or move around on sofa. It definitely isnt made to have a lasting shelf life. Which is very disappointing. I wouldnt recommend this product and would urge ikea to test their products thoroughly.2
