      Terrible design / plumbing accessoriesAnonymous reviewerThe look of the sink is great, but when you start to install it, the design and quality shows. The sink is not level so you have to use a wedge of silicon to level it on the carcass. Now to the plumbing. The sink has a separate waste which makes plumbing difficult - an integrated waste is normal these days. The included Rannilen pipe kit for the waste is an absolute joke, as it uses European sizes and there is no way to connect them into a normal height UK waste outlet. Check out the reviews for Rannilen to hear other peoples woes. IKEA customer services were no help. Local plumbers merchant laughed me out the shop. Absolute terrible experience and I cannot recommend this product. I have a sink out of action because I simply can't connect the waste. All faith in IKEA has gone. Please don't make the same mistake as me.1

      Nice unit, easy enough to hang and plumbAnonymous reviewerLovely vanity and sink. Seems well made and looks very nice. It was easy enough for a pair of complete DIY amateurs to build, install and plumb. Comes with everything you need (except for the required silicone sealant - but I suggest PTFE tape may come in handy too). The instructions are pretty good, except for guidance on installation height. The waste trap was a little fiddly to get water-tight but once in place it seems solid.5

      Got this for our en-suite and wanted a 102cm ling unit for this space. Great value and looks great. Very sturdy when assembled and great quality. The natural Oak colour is very nice and timeless. Loads of storage in both drawers. Would recommend.

      In an intense, fast-paced world with many impressions, the ÄNGSJÖN bathroom furniture gives you something different. With its minimalistic design, the series allows you to create a restful oasis at home where you can relax and feel the calm settle.

      Clean lines, smooth surfaces, and on the inside, well-thought-out storage that can swallow everything you need in the bathroom. That’s ÄNGSJÖN. The wall-mounted bathroom furniture gives a stylish and light floating sensation, especially in the broader measurements.

      Handle that is easy to grip

      If you take a closer look at ÄNGSJÖN, you’ll soon discover the small details that make a difference to both form and function. Designer Sarah Fager demonstrates how the integrated handle on the cabinets and drawers contributes to the calm feel. “The handle extends across the entire drawer front and cabinet door, making it easy to grip. On the drawer, it’s also facing downwards to not collect dust and dirt.” Sarah has also designed BACKSJÖN wash-basin with clean lines. It goes perfectly together with ÄNGSJÖN. “It’s made of crushed marble, which can be made slightly thinner and neater than porcelain without losing strength. In addition to achieving a light feel, we managed to reduce the weight of the wash-basin compared to previous models.“

      Stretch the style with your choices

      Wash-basin, countertop, mirror… depending on your choices, you can stretch and draw the minimalistic style in different directions. The expression will, for example, be completely different depending on if you choose ÄNGSJÖN in a high-gloss white finish or in warm oak. You can also complement the closed cabinets and drawers with HAGAÅN open storage in a matching wood expression. “When you have decided that this is the minimalistic bathroom interior you want to go for, there are a lot of combinations that can help you make it your dream bathroom.”
