Castors have lockable turning but NOT lockable swivelAnonymous reviewerGreat sized, heavy and sturdy desk bought for my chair bound disabled mum. This was the only one in the Mittzon range with castors and more importantly lockable castors. BUT, the locks only prevent the wheels spinning and NOT swivelling which still enables some degree of movement when locked which is not good nor ideal for a disabled person to lean against. I will try to source some aftermarket castors with locking swivel but nowhere in the IKEA instructions or dimensions does it give the thread size. I will have to tip it over to remove one to measure it.

Just what I neededAnonymous reviewerSuper tables for my sewing room. Most of the time they are used in an L shape but for working on large projects I push them together to form one large square working surface … and this is so easy to do as they are on castors. When I have visitors it is so easy to move the table tops to a vertical position and stack them against the wall, giving me so much space for beds for occasional guests.. All in all a super buy!
