The fabric gives very good protection against the sun’s UV rays as it has a UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) rating of 25+, which means it blocks 96% of the ultraviolet radiation.
You are protected from the sunshine all day long, since the parasol can be tilted.
The durable fabric is woven from recycled polyester and is removable and can be machine washed.
The hook-and-loop strap keeps the fabric in place when folded.

Great budget parasol, but…Anonymous reviewerGreat budget parasol, I bought this to fit a small outdoor coffee table and base. I like it has a tilt function and the parasol size is great.
You have to be quite forceful to click it into position. But then I had it up on the patio for 2 weeks and it started to drizzle I couldn’t get the button to push in to release the parasol down. Ended up having to use WD40 and eventually it worked.

I note someone said theirs broke in the wind. The instructions on the actual parasol clearly say “do not use in windy weather”. Easy to miss I guess but it’s there!

I had made sure it clicked in to place and I can understand why it may have been an issue for those not blessed with strength. However, I called up to explain my problem and Cassandra was really helpful arranging for a replacement to be sent out. I've used the new one a few times now with no problems, so ultimately I'm happy and would recommend the product as good value.

Does the jobAnonymous reviewerI purchased this as a sun shade for the garden, my wife finds it difficult to click in place when putting it up.
When put up it swivels in a very light breeze the screw clamp is not up to doing the job plus the plastic joint on the base pole is not tight enough it also swivels here.
All in all you get what you pay for.
