Having two side handles on the larger version is a bad idea, who is able to hold a pot by two handles and simultaneously hold the lid to drain things??? Make the bigger one a long handle instead please!

Can't order sparesAnonymous reviewerGot my pans out for the first time and smashed the lid for 405-131-59. It's impossible to order a replacement lid or get any support on the web-site or find a contact number. We are 80 miles from Gateshead store.
Would suggest Ikea offer a spares link with every product.
So how do I now get a replacement lid
Hemkomst 18cm pot with lidAnonymous reviewerIt’s a good size small pot but unfortunately the lid has broken, I brought 3 of them in different sizes and the small one does not have a lid as glass is broken. It would be great if Ikea offered the glass as replacement or extras as I don’t think I’ll be the only one needing a lid for the pot.
