I purchased two for a very wide window and they sit directly behind my main curtains on a separate rail. I love that they are pencil pleat top, they look beautiful. I can now have my curtains open and closed these to block out sun when needed. Look expensive. Very long length so I look them up with a sewing machine with no issues. 5

They are perfect. they are sheer enough to allow light in but take the glare off. They hang well and are not flimsy like some voiles. I can even have them across with doors open and still allow air into the house. Very easy to hang and I used the header tape to take them up which also worked perfectly and was easy to do. 5

      Lovely simplicityAnonymous reviewerThis is lovely fabric and amazing value for money. It comes large enough to cut to most sizes and is easily sown together. When up it looks classy, like a sort of off white thin linen, with hand woven natural cottons. My only gripe is that the packaging is just one slip of card, leaving the rest of the material exposed to the shop and dirty hands. One of ours had a dark smudge that we hadn't noticed until we opened it out - luckily it came out in the wash. Definitely wash before hanging and cutting to size, it shrinks about 5% in a cool wash. We have a sowing machine, but it would have been easy to use the iron on hemming tape too. We've hung it on the two barrel Ikea black rail, on hooks and it looks amazing - then a light blocking curtain on the outer rail... it's easy and great and compared to any hint of getting curtains made for you its so cheap - but doesn't look it!. 5

      These curtains work perfectly to provide privacy but still allow light in. We did need to shorten the length to suit our window and found this fabric surprisingly easy to sew even with the fairly loose weave.
