Damaged items in all boxesAnonymous reviewerI ordered four boxes, and every single box arrived with cracked plates. The packaging looked fine, but the plates inside were damaged. Very disappointing, especially since I needed them for an event. I’m hoping the seller can improve quality control because this was not acceptable.

Crockery setAnonymous reviewerWas looking for nice white crockery suitable for large gatherings in our venue and this set hits the mark perfectly. Not too fragile, but not bulky...looks good and meets all our requirements. We ordered a lot of boxes and although a couple of plates were damaged we were impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of customer service and the speed that replacements were provided.

Only let down was a fault in the glaze on one of the bowls and it's too far to drive just to sort that out which means I'm a bowl down. If it all had been perfect it would have been 'great value'. Don't understand how quality control missed it!
