Lovely lamp but annoying speaker buttonAnonymous reviewerHave been waiting for this since it was announced last year! The lamp is larger than expected (not a bad thing) and is gorgeous. The light it emits is lovely, and works really well with a smart bulb.
The speaker is good but HUGE design flaw having the speaker on/off button ON THE BASE.
So to switch speaker off and on, you have to lift up the lamp, find the button in a groove, and then hold it down. I dont know why the decision was made to put it there.
Once its on its great, but why was the speaker button not placed in an accessible spot?!
Gorgeous! Anonymous reviewerI had my eyes on this lamp for months when and could not wait to launch in the UK too as it was in EU for 2-3 months before.
As soon as it launched in the UK I ordered it. I received it today and is GORGEOUS!!

The speaker is alright. Is not going to wow you but is not bad neither. I bought this lamp for the looks not necessarily for the speaker,the speaker is a bonus. Anyway it was a fast pairing. Pushed the button on the lamp and instantly connected to my phone. It suggests Spotify but it works with YouTube and other apps too.
Before the lamp arrived I bought a white and colour cheap bulb with a remote from supermarket that is dimmable too as Ikea did not have theirs in stock. I did this because I read reviews from other countries and some people find the on button inconveniently placed. Now that I have it doesn’t seem inconvenient for me but I don’t regret my decision of getting a smart bulb.
