What should I do with complaints regarding my Taskrabbit booking?

If you are not satisfied with your assembly service or things did not go as planned, Taskrabbit customer service or IKEA customer service are here to help you.

We always strive to make your IKEA and Taskrabbit experience as smooth as possible. However, if you do encounter any problems or are not satisfied with your assembly service, we are here to help. 

If you want to file a complaint about property or item damages (that can be repaired) or to report a Tasker, we ask you to contact Taskrabbit Support.

If the Tasker is not responding in the chat/does not show up or items are missing or damaged (beyond repair), please reach out to IKEA instead and we will be happy to help you.
