The allergens in restaurant dishes are listed with the dishes on the Restaurant Selection and Bistro Selection pages. On the website, you can easily see the menu that suits you by excluding different allergens.

For example, fish, molluscs and shellfish may be listed as allergens on restaurant menus, even if the dish does not contain these ingredients. This may mean that the factory producing the dish also processes these ingredients in its production. Production lines are cleaned between batches and may even use a different line, but the allergen in question may still be unintentionally present in the finished product. This is why we declare them in the product allergen list.
