How do I order bigger spare parts?

If you'd like to order a bigger spare part, for example sofa cushion or cabinet front panel, or you are unable to find the spare part number, you can reach out to Customer Service online or in IKEA stores.

 
You can order bigger spare parts if you need to renew a product that you already own. Bigger spare parts that do not have 6-8 identification numbers require assistance from a co-worker to identify and order. Here’s how you can order big spare parts.
How to place the order online? 
You can contact IKEA Customer Service online to order bigger spare parts. A co-worker will help you identify the part you're missing, the availability and price of the part you need. If the part is in stock, they will help you complete the order and arrange the delivery for you. Please have your order number or receipt close at hand when reaching out to a co-worker. 
How to place the order in-stores? 
If you choose to visit an IKEA store, please bring your order number or receipt with you. This will help us ensure you get the correct spare part more quickly. If you have used your IKEA Family account at the time of purchase, you can also access your receipt by logging in and viewing your Purchase history. Once at the store, head to the Customer Service desk, usually located near the store entrance or exit. An IKEA co-worker will assist you in identifying the missing part. If the part is in stock, you may be able to take it home immediately. If not, the co-worker can help arrange a home delivery for you when the part is in stock.
How to order spare parts for discontinued products? 
If you need spare parts for IKEA products that have been discontinued, you can contact us via the email form, in the chat or alternatively, you can call 09 3482 9400 . A co-worker will help you to check for the parts you need, their availability and cost, and order it for you if needed. Make sure to have the product information ready before reaching out.
What are the delivery options available? 
Depending on the size of the spare part, it can be delivered to your doorstep or to a parcel pickup point. Delivery for big spare parts can take up to three weeks.
