How do I recognize a phishing message, and what should I do with one?

If the e-mail is sent from a strange e-mail address, promises a profit, or is phishing for your information, it's probably a phishing message.

In many cases, phishing messages redirect to suspicious URLs, and the user is required to take action via a link attached to the message. If you have provided your credit card information in such a connection, please report the matter immediately to the credit card company and the police.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of phishing e-mails circulating in the names of IKEA Finland and other companies, and we are aware of the situation. Phishing messages do not need to be reported separately to our customer service, but should be removed immediately.

We announce our competitions on the IKEA.fi and IKEA.com/fi/en websites, in our official social media channels and in the newsletters of IKEA Family members.
