- DNI (Documento Nacional de Identidad – Spanish national identity card)
- Personal income tax return (form 100) or annual summary of VAT (form 390)
- Direct debit bank account details (official document)
Documentation for SMEs:
- Company registration document: CIF (Certificado de Identificación Fiscal – Tax ID number)
- Articles of incorporation and powers of attorney
- ID document of the representative(s): DNI (Documento Nacional de Identidad – Spanish national identity card)
- Last corporate tax return (form 200)
- Balance sheet and income statement
- Last VAT returns filed (monthly, quarterly or yearly)
