Can I order an IKEA catalogue?

This is no longer possible. After 70 years, IKEA ceased production of the popular catalogue in December 2020.

Times have changed. In recent years, IKEA has become more digital and has adapted to the wishes of many people. 

Simply browse through our digital brochures and buying guides on the German website and let yourself be inspired. 

  • Can I reserve items online at the Second Chance store?

    You can conveniently reserve Second Chance store items online and collect them from the IKEA store.

  • Can I have my purchase put together at IKEA?

    You are welcome to use our Click & Collect service.

  • Is it possible to return IKEA products to another store?

    You can also return your products within Germany to an IKEA store other than the one where you originally purchased them.

  • Can i have breakfast at IKEA?

    We would love to welcome you to one of our IKEA restaurants.

  • Can I take my dog into an IKEA store?

    Lots of people are afraid of dogs, so we don’t allow dogs inside IKEA stores. This of course does not apply to certified service and assistance dogs, which you can take into an IKEA store.

  • How do I get smaller spare parts?

    You can purchase smaller spare parts online or at an IKEA store.
