Chat with us from mo to fri 8 am - 8 pm and sat 8 am - 7:30 pm, or call us on +49 6192 - 939 99 99 from mo to sat: 8 am - 6 pm Please note that we are currently unable to help via e-mail.
Alternatively, you can visit the customer service centre at your nearest IKEA store. You can book an appointment here. That way it's quicker and you don't have to wait.
