When will points appear on my IKEA Family profile?
Points can take 24 to 48 hours to appear on your profile after completing a purchase or interaction.
For purchases with delivery, the points will only be added when the delivery is completed. You can view your points history by logging into your IKEA Family profile on our website or the IKEA App. If your order is fully delivered, and 48 hours have passed, please confirm if the IKEA Family card was added and it matches with the one in your IKEA Family profile.
You can see your total amount of points by logging into your IKEA Family profile on the IKEA website or IKEA App. For more details, you can visit the history tab, also, available on your IKEA Family profile.
