IKEA Family Benefits

As an IKEA family member, you'll have access to a variety of benefits that will make your IKEA experience even better, including:
  • IKEA Family Prices: As a member, you benefit from special prices on selected IKEA products, dining in the restaurant. Just look for the blue IKEA Family price labels in stores and online.
  • Transport and assembly safety: If you have a mishap while transporting or assembling a new IKEA product, you're covered. With the IKEA Family membership, you can replace damaged items free of charge within 4 weeks – provided your IKEA Family card was scanned at the time of purchase.
  • Free hot drink : Treat yourself to a little break: As an IKEA Family member, we invite you to a hot drink in the restaurant every time you visit IKEA. Just show your card at the ticket office and you won't have to pay for coffee, tea or hot chocolate
  • Events & Workshops:Get inspired and discover new ideas. As an IKEA Family member, you can take part in workshops, promotions and store events for free and gain insights into new collections.
  • Thank you surprises: From time to time, you will receive special surprises as a thank you, for example a birthday voucher. Make sure you've signed up for the IKEA Family newsletter.
  • Digital access: With your membership, all your receipts will be stored digitally. This makes it easy to track your expenses, manage returns, order spare parts, or organize assembly for products you've already purchased.

  • Your IKEA Family Card can be used flexibly – even across national borders. If you're shopping at IKEA abroad, you can use your card there as usual and take advantage of the country's IKEA Family offers and promotions. The reverse is also true: IKEA Family cards from abroad are also accepted in Germany and entitle you to the current benefits here.
    However, please note that purchases you make abroad will not be saved in your customer profile. This means that they cannot be viewed afterwards and no loyalty points are collected for them. Another important point concerns the payment function: IKEA Family payment cards can only be used in the country in which they were issued. Payment abroad is therefore not possible.
    In short, your IKEA Family membership accompanies you internationally and gives you many local benefits – with small restrictions on shopping tracking and payment.

From the date of purchase, you can convert any purchase of 99 euros or more at IKEA Germany that you have made with your IKEA Family credit card into 0% financing with a term of 3, 10 or 20 months in your online banking account within 30 days; IKEA purchases of 4,000 euros or more can be converted with a term of 36 or 48 months. If you do not convert your purchase, the agreed list of prices and services applies in addition to the contractual conditions. The IKEA Family Credit Card can be used both online via Ikano Bank as well as in the IKEA store be concluded.
