The IKEA Family is more than a club. As a member, you have exclusive benefits and the opportunity to enjoy very special experiences and surprises that will make your home even more beautiful.
With IKEA Family, you're more than just a customer. The free membership accompanies you throughout your entire furnishing journey – from the initial idea to planning and making your dream home come true. As a member, you'll benefit from exclusive prices, convenient services, inspiring events and digital features that make your IKEA experience even easier and more personal. Registration is free of charge and possible at any time.
Exclusive IKEA Family rates
As an IKEA Family member, you get access to special IKEA Family prices on selected products as well as certain dishes in the IKEA restaurant. Just look for the blue IKEA Family price tags in the store or the corresponding markings on IKEA.de or check out the IKEA Family offers and discounts online.
Transport and body safety
Sometimes not everything goes according to plan during transport or assembly. That's why as an IKEA Family member you benefit from the transport and installation safety. If a newly purchased IKEA product is damaged during transport or assembly within four weeks of purchase, we will replace it free of charge. The prerequisite is that your IKEA Family Card has been scanned at the time of purchase.
Free hot drink in the restaurant
Every time you visit the IKEA restaurant, as an IKEA Family member, you will receive a free hot drink. Whether it's coffee, tea or hot chocolate, simply show your IKEA Family card at the restaurant checkout and enjoy your little break.

Exclusive surprises for members
As a thank you for your membership, you will regularly receive special surprises. These can include birthday vouchers, exclusive promotions or other member benefits. To let us know about this, you should have activated the IKEA Family Newsletter.
Digital access to your purchases
Your membership makes it easy to manage your purchases. When you use your IKEA Family Card when shopping, your purchases are stored digitally. This means you can access digital receipts at any time, track your spending, process returns more easily, order spare parts or organise assembly for products you have already purchased.
Earn points with the IKEA Family loyalty program
With the IKEA Family Loyalty Program earn points for purchases and other activities at IKEA. You can later redeem these points for attractive rewards, such as free meals at the Swedish restaurant, shopping discounts or other rewards.
Use IKEA Family abroad
In principle, you can also use your IKEA Family membership in many other countries. There you can benefit from the respective local IKEA Family offers and promotions. Please note, however, that purchases from abroad are not stored in your German customer profile. In addition, no loyalty points are credited for these purchases and they cannot be viewed later in your German profile.
The IKEA Family Credit Card
In addition to the free IKEA Family membership, you can apply for the IKEA Family Credit Card. It combines the benefits of your membership with flexible payment options. The benefits include no annual fee, at least 30 days of interest-free and payment-free use, and the possibility of 0% financing for IKEA purchases of €99 or more with a corresponding credit rating.
How to apply for the IKEA Family credit card
You can get the IKEA Family credit card directly online via Ikano Bank. Alternatively, you can also apply at your IKEA store. Our staff will support you there with identification and the application process. All you need for identification is a mobile phone and a valid identity document.
Flexible financing
With installment financing, you can flexibly finance larger and smaller furnishing wishes. Financing amounts are possible between €800 and €20,000. You benefit from flexible terms between 12 and 84 months and have up to 10 weeks after signing the contract to make your IKEA purchases. The application is quick and uncomplicated online. The effective annual interest rate is 8.49% p.a.*. This allows you to plan and implement your housing projects according to your financial possibilities.
