Just look for the blue IKEA Family price tags in the store or the corresponding markings on IKEA.de.
Transport and body safety
If a mishap happens during transport or assembly of a newly purchased IKEA product, you benefit from IKEA Family Transport and Assembly Safety.
Requirements:
  • The product was purchased with a scanned IKEA Family card.
  • The damage occurred within 4 weeks of purchase.
In this case, the damaged product can be replaced free of charge.

How can I apply for the IKEA Family credit card?

Online via Ikano Bank
The application is made directly via the website of Ikano Bank.

In the IKEA store
The credit card can also be applied for directly at an IKEA store.
How it works
  1. Contact an employee in the furniture store.
  2. You will receive support with identification, application and signature.
