Log in and use your IKEA Family account – here's how

You can use your IKEA Family membership online, in the IKEA app or directly in the store. Depending on the situation, you have various options for registering and identifying as a member.

As an IKEA Family member, you benefit from exclusive offers, digital services and other benefits. In order for these benefits to be correctly assigned, you must register online or prove your membership when shopping in the store.

Sign in to the IKEA app

If you're using the IKEA app for iOS or Android, you can access your IKEA Family membership at any time.

How it works

  1. Log in to the IKEA app with your IKEA Family Konto
  2. Your digital IKEA Family Card will then be automatically available to you in the app.
  3. When shopping via the app, your member benefits are automatically taken into account.

Registration on IKEA.de

If you want to shop online or manage your membership information, you should first log in to your IKEA Family account login.
You can sign up on IKEA.de in two ways:
  • with your email address and password
  • with a one-time code sent to your registered email address

Use of IKEA Family in the store

When visiting an IKEA store, you can prove your membership at the checkout or in customer service.
The following options are available to you:
  • Show your physical IKEA Family card (if you have one)
  • Scan your digital IKEA Family card in the IKEA app
This way, your purchases will be allocated to your membership and you can take advantage of IKEA Family benefits.

Identification at IKEA Family Services

Some connected services may require additional verification of your IKEA Family membership.
This applies, for example, to digital services such as the Energy Manager in the IKEA Home Smart app.
Depending on the service, identification is carried out via:
  • your email address, or
  • your IKEA Family card number

Important information about physical IKEA Family cards

Please note that we are no longer issuing new physical IKEA Family cards.
If you've lost your previous card, you can use your digital IKEA Family card in the IKEA app or the Use your IKEA Family account to log in.
