Log in and use your IKEA Family account – here's how
To earn points, redeem rewards, benefit from member discounts and save your receipts digitally, simply scan your IKEA Family card in the store or log in to your account online. Please remember to use your IKEA Family card when shopping. Otherwise, benefits such as points, discounts or transport securing cannot be taken into account retrospectively.
How to sign up for IKEA Family in store and online:
In the IKEA app:
Sign in to your IKEA Family account in the app for iOS or Android. This gives you access to your digital IKEA Family Card at any time for use in the store. When you shop through the app, your benefits are automatically applied.
On IKEA.de:
Log in first your IKEA Family account before you want to place or pay for an order. You can log in with your email address and password or a one-time code.
In the store:
When you visit the IKEA store, you can identify yourself as an IKEA Family member at the checkout or in customer service using one of the following options:
- Present your physical IKEA Family card (if you still have one)
- Scanning your digital membership card
For IKEA Family Services:
If you use certain connected services, such as the Energy Manager in the IKEA Home Smart app, you may be required to verify your membership. Depending on the service, this is done via e-mail address or IKEA Family card number.
Please note that we are no longer issuing new physical IKEA Family cards. If you lose your existing card, you can always use one of the alternatives mentioned above.
