How does the IKEA Family loyalty bonus work?

When shopping

• For for every 5 € of purchase you will receive 1 point
• Applies to:

  • Restaurant, bistro & Swedish shop
  • IKEA Services

• When you buy IKEA gift cards, you will receive no points.
• If you use your IKEA Family card abroad, you will not collect any loyalty points.

Through activities

• 1× Log in monthly: + points
• Create, name & save notepads: two points maximum once a week
• Participation in workshops or events: additional points
• You'll only receive credit if you're logged in with your IKEA Family account. If you create a wish list as a guest, you won't earn any points.

Credit of points

• After payment in the store
• After delivery (The delivery must be marked as "delivered")
• After confirmed event participation

• Credit usually takes time 24-48 hours
• If you are still missing points, → enter "loyalty bonus" in the chat

• Non-transferable and non-withdrawable
• Valid only in the country of registration
• Per person is only an account possible

• Your score can become negative if you:
