How do I earn points?

A) When shopping at IKEA 

• • • For every €5 spent = 1 point 
      (applies to the IKEA store, IKEA.de, IKEAApp, telephone orders, IKEA planning studios, Swedish shop, restaurant, bistro, and IKEA services). 
    • You log in to your IKEA family profile once a month and receive 5 loyalty points.
    • When you create and save a wish list, you will receive 2 loyalty points. A maximum of once a week is possible.
    • When you register and participate in a workshop/event in the IKEA store, you will receive 10 loyalty points. A maximum of once a week is possible.
    • You don't earn loyalty points when you buy IKEA gift cards. 
    • Dots appear 24–48 hours after:  
    • • the goods have been paid for.
      • An order has reached the status "Delivered".
      • your participation in an event has been registered in the IKEA event tool.

B) By interacting with IKEA Tools & Services

Where can I see my score?

• • In the IKEA Familyprofile after your registration. 
  • • Under "History" you will see:  
    • • your accumulated points,
      • your redeemed points,
      • the expired points.
    • If no credit has been issued after 48 hours, you can reach us in the chat by entering loyalty bonus.

Validity & Conditions for Loyalty Points

• • • Your loyalty points are valid for 24 months.
    • They are non-transferable, non-payable.
    • They can only be collected in the country of registration.
    • Only one profile per customer is allowed.
    • Score can become negative if you:
    • • collecting Points
      • then return the corresponding goods.

How do I unlock REWARDS? 

• • As soon as you have collected enough points, the coupon will be automatically unlocked. 
  • The status in the profile:  
  • • Unlocked = you can choose it.
    • Locked = you need more points to get rewards and redeem coupons.

Types of rewards: 

1. 1. Product Rewards
      – redeemable on IKEA.de, by phone or in an IKEA store.
   2. Discount coupon for food
      – depending on the coupon redeemable in the IKEA restaurant, bistro, Swedish food market.

3. Select reward

Here's how to choose your coupon:

1. 1. Sign in to the IKEA Family profile or the IKEA app.
   2. Select an unlocked loyalty reward.
   3. The necessary points are deducted from the profile.
   4. You will receive:
   5. 1. either a QR code
      2. or a 16-digit reference code.

4. Redeem rewards

In the IKEA store 

• • Scan the QR code yourself at the checkout 
  • or give a 16-digit code to employees 
  • Multiple coupons allowed per transaction (different categories) 

Online (IKEA.de or IKEA app) 

• • During the checkout process:  
  • • Select "Apply discount code" 
    • Enter a 16-digit code (case sensitive) 
  • Only one coupon can be redeemed per order. 
  • Product or delivery discount will be applied automatically if conditions are met. 

Telephone order 

• • Enter a 16-digit code before completing the order. 
  • One coupon can be redeemed per transaction. 

5. Validity & Special Cases

Validity of coupons

• • Once selected in the IKEA Family profile, coupons are valid for 30 days.
  • After the 30 days have passed, the coupon expires.

Order cancelled?

• • Points are automatically refunded. 
  • Coupon may be regenerated in the same way. 

Wrong coupon chosen?

• • Simply enter "loyalty bonus" in the chat – support will help you reset it.

Delivery DISCOUNT not working?

• • The coupon is only valid for forwarding delivery. 
  • Parcel or express delivery are excluded.
