How does the IKEA Family loyalty bonus work?

With the IKEA Family Loyalty Bonus, you'll be rewarded for your purchases and interactions with IKEA. You earn points whenever you shop with us or use certain activities – and you can easily convert them into coupons and rewards later. This will make your purchase even more rewarding step by step.

Earn points

How to grow your points account
You can earn points in two ways:

When shopping

  • For for every 5 € of purchase you will receive 1 point
  • Applies to:
    • IKEA store
    • IKEA.de & IKEA App
    • Telephone orders
    • Planning studios
    • Restaurant, bistro & Swedish shop
    • IKEA Services
Important:
  • When you buy IKEA gift cards, you will receive no points

Through activities

Even small steps will help you move forward:
  • 1× Log in monthly: + points
  • Create, name & save notepads: two points maximum once a week
  • Participation in workshops or events: additional points
You can always find more options in your IKEA Family profile.

Credit of points

Your points will only be credited when a process is completed:
  • After payment in the store
  • After delivery ("delivered")
  • After confirmed event participation
Good to know:
  • Credit usually takes time 24-48 hours
  • If you are still missing points, → enter "loyalty bonus" in the chat

Score & Overview

Everything at a glance in your profile

  • You can find your points balance in the IKEA Family profile at "History"
  • There you will see:
    • points collected
    • Points redeemed

  • Non-transferable and non-withdrawable
  • Valid only in the country of registration
  • Per person is only an account possible
Important:
  • Your score can become negative if you:

  • Points are automatically deducted

  • Scan the QR code or show the code
  • Several coupons can be combined (different categories)

Online or in the app

  • Enter code at checkout
Important:

  • Specify code before completion

  • After selection: Valid for 30 days
  • After that, it automatically expires

Delivery discount does not work
  • Applies only to Forwarding delivery
  • Parcel and express delivery excluded
