Why can't I access my personal space?
You can log in to your personal area by simply entering your email address.
You will then receive a unique code by email to confirm your identity. In your personal space, you will find all the information about your purchases and your membership account, including your IKEA Family card number.
Can't sign up? Enter the password for your account. If you can't remember it, you can reset the password.
