How do I redeem an IKEA gift card or refund card?

1) Add your desired products to the shopping basket and select your delivery method. Then enter your personal details.

2) Select the payment option ‘Add an IKEA gift/refund card’ and enter the card number and PIN code.

The 19-digit code for our promotional cards, credit cards and gift cards can be found at the bottom left of the back of your card. You can redeem up to ten gift cards.

3) If you are using a digital gift card or credit card, a window will open where you must enter the credit code, a series of letters. No PIN is required.

• The amount will then be blocked on the card and debited from the card once the order has been successfully completed.
• Gift cards purchased in Germany can be redeemed at the checkout, in the IKEA restaurant or in the Swedish shop in IKEA stores.
• When redeeming your IKEA gift card or credit card, please note that it is not possible to combine payment by gift card and Klarna.
