Here's how it works:

  1. Make an appointment
    Book your appointment easily online or in the IKEA store.
  2. Preparation
    Answer a few questions about your wishes and requirements in advance.

    If possible, please have a floor plan, dimensions and photos of your rooms ready.
  3. Co-creation with our interior designers
    Together, we develop solutions that are functional, aesthetic and tailored to your budget – from the first idea check to complete planning.
  4. Presentation & Handover
    Depending on the scope, you will receive your planning as a PDF or on a personal webpage – online or on site at the IKEA store.
  5. Optional: Ordering & Services
    If you wish, we can support you directly with ordering, delivery, assembly, disposal and other services – with fixed contact persons and flexible payment options.

  • Private & Business: approx. 60 minutes
  • You will receive suggestions for solutions inkl. 3D views directly afterwards as a PDF.
 

What budget should I plan?

Our interior designers work with all price levels.
The Interior Design Consulting is particularly suitable for smaller budgets, partial redesigns or as a first step for larger planning.

Can I look at myn Interior Designer:in choose?

The selection is made via your desired IKEA meetingpoint. All designers are comprehensively trained and can be used across styles.

Can all styles be implemented?

Yes. Whether Scandinavian, modern, traditional or individual - we plan to suit your style, your colours and your budget.

What happens if the appointment is cancelled or postponed?

You can easily change or rebook your appointment via the link in your confirmation email.

When and how will I receive my planning?

The handover date is agreed individually in the initial meeting.
Depending on the scope, you will receive your planning as a PDF or via a personal webpage – online or in an IKEA store.

Is it possible to provide on-site advice at my company?

We will clarify together in the initial meeting whether on-site advice is possible – depending on your catchment area.
