Can I rent a rental vehicle, trailer or cargo bike?

Has your purchase become larger than planned? No problem. In many IKEA stores, you can rent vans, trailers or alternative means of transport such as cargo bikes. The available offers differ depending on the location.

Rent a van directly from IKEA
In the IKEA store Dresden you can rent IKEA's own vans directly on site.
Requirements for renting:
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Valid driver's license
  • German identity card or registration certificate with domestic address
Here's how it works:
  1. Buy your products in the IKEA store.
  2. Then report to the transport counter.
  3. Conclude the rental agreement and start your transport right away.
Prices:
  • €4.90 per hour
  • Nightly price: 15 € (IKEA Family: 10 €)
  • Weekend rate: €119 (IKEA Family: €89)
  • Sunday and holiday rate: €79 (IKEA Family: €59)
  • €0.35 per kilometre driven

  3. If available, you can rent the right means of transport directly.
