How can I cancel my IKEA gift card order?
You can cancel your gift card order within 14 days. Send us a letter or e-mail with the revocation.
You can find more details in the General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment for Gift Cards and Personalise your IKEA gift card.
Important for you: Withdrawal is excluded for gift cards with your own motif.
