How can I find my planning code?
When using the majority of our online planning tools, you will find your specific design code at the end of the page, after clicking on 'Finalise'.
MARKET SPECIFIC: If you are using one of our planning tools to design your dream home, you will find your planning code at the end of the page by first clicking on 'Finalise'. By saving this code and having it close at hand, you can easily reopen the planning tool and continue your design at a later point. You can also choose to click on 'Save for later' and either choose to get a link to your design, or share the design and code through email.
If you had a planning session with an IKEA co-worker, you will instead find your design code in your order documentation.
Please note! If you make any changes to your existing plan, your design code will change. You therefore need to make sure that you save your new code every time you re-open your design and change anything in it. We can unfortunately not restore any plans where the code has not been saved. At the moment, only kitchen designs made in the IKEA Kitchen planner can be saved and accessed on your IKEA Family account.
