How do I change the pick date/time of my Click & Collect order?
Click & Collect orders are held for an extra 24 hours after the end of your scheduled pick-up time, but it is not possible to change the pick-up date or time.
MARKET SPECIFIC: Click & Collect orders are held for an additional 24 hours after the scheduled pick-up time. Unfortunately, the pick-up date cannot be changed. If you require a new date, kindly cancel your order and place a new one with your preferred date.
If you do not pick up your order within the specified time, an automatic refund (for merchandise only) will be processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. If you need more assistance, please contact us.
