Our belief is that everyone should be able to try our products at home – and to change their mind about them. That's why our IKEA 365-day return policy allows you to return any IKEA product to us – opened or unopened – within 365 days of purchase.

Our IKEA claims process is for making a claim within a product's guarantee period. Many of our products come with a prolonged guarantee. These range from 2 to 25 years and come with some terms and conditions.
