Why was my IKEA order delivered to a different PPL parcel shop?

Sometimes your order might be transferred to a different PPL parcel shop from the one you chose when placing the order. The reason is usually capacity of the parcel shop, size of your order or technical difficulties.

In rare cases, PPL may deliver your shipment to a different parcel shop to the one you originally chose. That might happen, for example, when:
  • the parcel shop does not have the capacity to accept more packages
  • there is no box of the suitable size
  • a technical problem occurs that cannot be solved immediately.
According to PPL's terms and conditions, the carrier has the right to redirect the shipment to another available pick-up point. PPL will inform you of this change via notification – by e-mail, SMS or in a PPL app.
