Why was my IKEA order delivered to a different PPL parcel shop?
Sometimes your order might be transferred to a different PPL parcel shop from the one you chose when placing the order. The reason is usually capacity of the parcel shop, size of your order or technical difficulties.
- the parcel shop does not have the capacity to accept more packages
- there is no box of the suitable size
- a technical problem occurs that cannot be solved immediately.
