Why didn't I receive my whole order from IKEA? Why did I receive a credit note?

Our range of products available on our website is linked to available stock in IKEA stores. Unfortunately sometimes the product, purchased by you online, might be in the meantime bought by another customer, and therefore we cannot deliver the goods.

Sadly sometimes the product you have chosen disappears faster than we would like. At the time of your purchase, the last piece may have been purchased by someone else – online or in a our IKEA store. In order to be able to deliver the remaining items from your order as soon as possible, we have removed the missing goods from the order.

What does this mean for you?

  • We have sent you an e-mail with information about the unavailable product and the expected day of its restock. At the same time, we have sent you a credit note. As soon as the goods will be in stock again, we will send them to your address at our expense under a new order number and you will receive a new invoice via an e-mail.
  • In the event of unexpected circumstances related to the restock of the product, we reserve the right to refund the amount paid. We would inform you of this fact in writing.
