Why am I being dunned by Klarna?

If you have received a dunning letter from Klarna, please contact Klarna customer service directly.

By choosing Klarna as your payment option, you have concluded a contract with Klarna. Therefore, only Klarna can provide information about whether an amount is still outstanding or a return etc. has not been reported to Klarna.
