Can I drop off my electrical appliances/kitchen appliances at IKEA Wien Westbahnhof if I buy (or have purchased) a new electrical appliance?

Since our storage space at IKEA Wien Westbahnhof is very limited, we cannot take back your electrical appliance here.

You can return your old appliance to any other IKEA store for free when you buy a new IKEA appliance. If you're having your new IKEA appliance delivered, you can order the collection and proper disposal of your old appliance for free.
